Insta-Worthy Minis

We wanted to share some of our favorite accounts on Instagram that we follow and think you should too!

1. The Peeps Foundation (@mylittlepeepers)

This one is pretty obvious. How could you not want to follow the cutest dwarf rescue minis? Not only are they adorable and pocket-sized, but the team at The Peeps Foundation does an amazing job with physical transformations. Have fun exploring their page as they feature other tiny animals like Cream Cheese, their mini cow.

2. Patrick the Mini (@patricktheminihorse)

If you have your own Breyer horse, you're probably pretty important. Patrick is well known across the country for showing off his insane jumping skills! Not only is he extremely talented, but he's got the looks that would make every mare stop in her tracks. This 26 year old mini goes to show that age truly is just a number!

3. Jiggy, Tubby and friends (@jiggyandtubby)

That's right folks, unicorns are real. Jiggy, Tubby and their friend group are constantly proving that to us with each new post. After several viral videos, rainbow manes and plenty of beach days, these minis have a life we are all jealous of. At an impressive 33k followers, their account is perfect for anyone that wants to stare at cute pictures all day long.

4. Shay the Mini (@miniaturehorsess)

Trick pony galore! Shay is not only stunning, but she is constantly showing off all her hidden talents. Catch videos of her jumping, playing with her friends and even some great bloopers on her account. We love that this account is super active and also feature two of Shay's friends, another mini horse and a mini donkey! She is also local to San Diego!

5. Tiara The Miniature Horse (@tiara_the_miniature_horse)

This mini is simply drop-dead gorgeous. With her blue eye, we can't help but ooh and ahh over her all day long. Her instagram features an array of cute outfits and playing dress up. Not only does she bring people joy through her instagram, but she also works as an equine service animal.

6. R&R Ranch (@randrranchminis)

You've probably seen videos of tiny Martha zooming her way around the barn aisles. This teeny tiny mini has been featured on many accounts, including The DoDo, and the best part is that they use their platform to help educate their followers. With 120k followers, Martha, Booker and the collection of animals at R and R Ranch have the ability to educate the general public about the special needs of these minis. We absolutely love their videos and seeing the minis flourish.

7. Biggie, Fiddy & Eazy-E (@notoriousminis)

We have to add the OG minis to our list! Biggie Smalls (LHR Founder Savanah's first foster) kicked off the passion for mini rescues. Now Biggie resides with his VERY cute brothers Fiddy-Cent and Eazy-E. These big personalities in little bodies are taking their new life of luxury in stride and enjoying every minute of it.

8. Peyton & Meatball (@peytonandmeatball)

Okay, so technically this isn't solely a mini account, but the mini that does get featured on here is pretty stinking cute alongside her human sidekick. Meatball is famous amongst the Southern California hunter/jumper circuit for kicking butt in the leadline and walk classes with her epic jockey Peyton. Recently the duo took advantage of the COVID shutdown for a once-in-a-lifetime photoshoot on the Las Vegas strip! Oh, and their other mini is named Chicken Nugget. Enough said.

9. Prince (@theminiprince)

LHR alumni, Prince, is actually a Barbie pony. Him and his human Seattle are actual #goals. They both rock some killer outfits and hairstyles. Not only do they shine outside the arena, but this dynamic duo takes on little jumps inside the ring too. Prince is living up to his name of making dreams come true and happily ever afters.

10. So Cal Mini Horse Sanctuary (@socalminihorsesanctuary)

Closing out our list with another rescue account! We love the work that So Cal Mini Horse Sanctuary does. Their large operation and tons of minis help inspire us to continue to expand our network. Their "senior center" brings us so much joy as they feature some of their older and permanent residents. They make a huge difference in every life they touch and we love following all their success stories.
